Facility surveys and evaluations
The Core Group can evaluate your facilities' potential for use of the DAY & NITE SOLAR LITE™ System. By utilizing our inspection form we will evaluate roof conditions, roof structure impediments, existing lighting conditions, facility use, layout, etc.

Energy efficiency assessment
The Core Group's custom computer program analyses the potential energy savings and usage of DAY & NITE SOLAR LITE™ SYSTEM for most buildings. The program examines building use, hours of operation, energy use, geographic location and other factors.

System design and layout
Complete system design and layout, drawings, detailing roof plans, reflected ceiling plans, curb details and more.

Project documents and specifications
Complete project documentation and specifications including shop drawings, installation details, warranties and more.

Financing
Options for financing a Daylights project, based on approved credit, freeing a company from needing capital budget dollars for the project.

Construction/Management
Pre-bid documentation, pre-construction conferences, construction implementation & coordination and quality control inspections, final acceptance.

Warranty/Service contracts
Annual inspections and service programs are available from The Core Group along with warranty service and maintenance repairs.
